Refunds & Cancellations
As all of our products are made to order, they can not be refunded, once production has commenced.
If production has not been commenced and you wish to cancel your order, we will provide a refund (minus any payment processing fees). We can also accommodate design changes, if possible, during production.
Delivery/Shipping
Once your order has been completed, we will contact you to organise a time for collection/delivery. We offer delivery/installation (for Melbourne within 20km of Essendon 3041) and shipping (for interstate customers). All interstate shipping will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Note: For interstate shipping, the fee quoted is for shipping to major capital cities (eastern states). If you live outside a major capital city, we will contact you if there are any further shipping fees for country/rural deliveries.
Warranty
All products come with a 12 month warranty. Please be aware that our products are made from a natural material which vary in appearance and can shrink/expand in different temperatures and environments. We will provide repairs/replacements for any errors in craftsmanship.
